Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the administrative activities of the company, including human resources management, accounting, and procurement.
  • Monitor client and supplier records, ensuring document compliance and adherence to payment deadlines.
  • Manage secretarial tasks, such as drafting correspondence, handling phone calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize company efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and effective information sharing.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in administrative management software, such as Microsoft Office and project management tools.
